Founder Nat West began making cider at home in 2004 and opened Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider in 2011. ¡VivaLa Pineapple!: This cider starts with a base of traditional Tepache, made with fresh Costa Rican pineapples, to which is added refreshing Granny Smith apples.  It is finished with a tea made from cinnamon, cloves and allspice.  Presenting akin to a Summer Shandy or Radler due to a partial fermentation of the pineapples. ABV:6%

Bodhisattva of Compassion: A sour blending project made from Sacrilege Sour Cherry cider aged in Cascade Barrel House barrels, heirloom Golden Russet aged in Ransom Old Tom Gin barrels and pyro-concentrated Newtown Pippin aged in Le Vin de Grand Jon barrels. ABV: 8.3%
