At WildCraft Cider Works, we pride ourselves on developing innovative, artisanal dry ciders inspired by traditional and wild methodology. Insisting on whole fruit and botanicals grown in Oregon to create pure ciders without artificial flavorings, sulfites or added sweeteners. WildCraft cider is uniquely dry cider unpasteurized & bottle conditioned. We consider ourselves stewards of the outdoors; always acting consciously to ensure that our ingredients are regional.
Pinot Noir Barrel-aged Cherry: This is a still cider made with our four varietal Sour Cherry Wine and our Winesap and Honeycrisp hard cider blend. We marry the blend over the course of 5 months in French oak Pinot Noir barrels from neighboring King Estate Winery. Delicate French oak and cherry aromatics greet you while light vanilla give gentle body and a subtle richness of flavor. Pinot Noir dances on the back of the palate and throughout the finish. Finishes dry with good mouth coating tannin. ABV: 7.9%
Barrel-aged Heirloom Cider: a blend of 4 traditional heirloom varietals aged in oak for 1 year. ABV: 6.8%
