Insisting on whole fruit and botanicals grown in Oregon to create pure ciders without artificial flavorings, sulfites or added sweeteners. WildCraft cider is uniquely dry cider unpasteurized & bottle conditioned. We consider ourselves stewards of the outdoors; always acting consciously to ensure that our ingredients are regional.
Kiwi Sour: Oregon grown kiwi berries fermented on skin with wild lactobacillus and aged in American Oak. Then blended with heirloom dry cider, this creation is a specialty draft-only variation of one of our unique fruit cider offerings. ABV: 6.8% | IBU: n/a
Barrel Aged Wild-Plum: Rare red fleshed plum wine aged 18 months in neutral French oak chardonnay barrels and post fermentation blended with Rome Granny Smith and French-Oak aged Winesap. Finished to taste with house made Wild Cherry Bark bitters, this specialty cider has been concocted with some of our favorite ingredients and is as unique as it is delicious. ABV: 7.5% | IBU: n/a
